Services and engagement

QB Support provides QuickBooks consulting, implementation, migration, training and support services. Each engagement is governed by a written scope of work agreed before work begins. Where a signed proposal exists, its terms control over these general terms.

Payment

Fixed-fee engagements are invoiced per the milestone schedule in the scope of work. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise agreed.

Client responsibilities

Timely provision of data, system access and decisions. Delays in client inputs may shift milestones. The client is responsible for the accuracy of source data provided to us.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property upon full payment. Our pre-existing methodologies, templates and tooling remain ours.
